The minimum top-up is $25. Your credits never expire and are spent on data purchases only — there are no membership or seat fees coming out of them. Top up $250 or more to receive a 5% bonus credit. Maximum single top-up is $10,000.
By buying. Volume is not something you subscribe to: once your confirmed spend over a rolling 12 months reaches $1,000, the account moves to Volume pricing and every purchase after that costs about 18% less. Nothing to buy, nothing to switch on, and no seat fees at any point.
Only the rate. Standard is the published price every account starts on, already designed to be significantly cheaper than traditional carrier roaming. Volume prices the same catalog about 18% lower, and it applies to the whole company rather than to individual people.
No — there is nothing to switch on. The tier belongs to the company, not to individual people, so once your rolling 12-month spend passes $1,000 everyone on the account buys at the Volume rate, including members who join later.

Wallet top-ups are processed via Stripe and you receive a receipt for each transaction. There are no recurring charges to reconcile — every debit against your wallet is a purchase someone made. Your dashboard shows a full transaction history.
Purchases will fail if your balance is insufficient. We recommend enabling auto-reload to maintain a minimum balance automatically.
