No long-term contracts, transparent pricing
Admin controls and spending safeguards
By accessing or using TitanSim services on behalf of your organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and Flanon Inc., a Delaware corporation operating under United States law. If you do not agree with any of these terms, your organization is prohibited from using or accessing our services.
TitanSim provides enterprise eSIM (embedded SIM) connectivity services that allow organizations to manage mobile data access for their teams across multiple countries without requiring physical SIM cards.
To use our services, your organization must create a business account. The individual registering the account must have authority to act on behalf of the organization.
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. Services are intended for legitimate business use by your organization and its authorized team members.
TitanSim operates on a Corporate Wallet model with optional per-seat Pro membership. All eSIM data purchases are prepaid from your Corporate Wallet balance.
All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Prices are listed in USD. eSIM data rates vary by destination and are displayed at wholesale cost to Pro members. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where required by law.
Enterprise customers may access our API for programmatic integration with their existing systems. API access is subject to the following terms:
API requests are subject to rate limits as published in our API documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
API keys are confidential and must be stored securely. You are responsible for all activity conducted with your API keys. Compromised keys should be rotated immediately.
Webhook endpoints must be secured with HTTPS and properly validate webhook signatures. Webhook delivery is best-effort and your systems should handle retries gracefully.
We maintain backward compatibility within API versions. Deprecation of API versions will be communicated at least 90 days in advance.
While we strive to provide reliable enterprise-grade service, eSIM connectivity depends on local network infrastructure, device compatibility, and regulatory environments that are beyond our direct control.
TitanSim is a data-only service and DOES NOT provide access to emergency services such as 911, 112, or 999. Your organization must ensure team members have alternative means of contacting emergency services while traveling.
You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the Services provided by TitanSim are data-only and do not provide a traditional voice phone number or service. Our Services are not intended to, and do not, support or provide access to Emergency Services, including but not limited to 911 (USA), 112 (Europe), 999 (UK), or any other emergency service number.
We do not block your team members' devices' built-in ability to make emergency calls. You acknowledge that devices may be capable of making emergency calls independently of our data service by using any available mobile network.
If your team members are in the United States, you must be aware of critical limitations:
You acknowledge that TitanSim, Flanon Inc., its directors, employees, affiliates, and underlying wholesale partners are not responsible or liable for any inability to make or complete an emergency call. We strongly recommend your organization ensure all traveling team members have alternative means of accessing Emergency Services at all times, such as their primary domestic mobile plan.
All content, features, and functionality of TitanSim services are owned by Flanon Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your organization is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms.
Your organization's privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of business and personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available upon request for enterprise customers requiring formalized data handling arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flanon Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or business interruption.
Our total liability to your organization for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
We may terminate or suspend your organization's access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these terms. Your organization may discontinue use and close its account at any time.
Upon termination, your organization's right to use our services ceases immediately. Unused Corporate Wallet balance is subject to our Refund Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your organization's use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration as we may elect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify account administrators of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms were last updated on February 26, 2026. Previous versions are available upon request.
